Programme Management

How was the programme managed?

Each programme zone (North, East, South and West) had set up its own but similar management structure consisting of

  • a Steering Committee (SC), selecting operations and deciding on funds,

  • a Monitoring Committee (MC) supervising the implementation of the programme,

  • a Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS), responsible for the day-to-day programme management,

  • a Managing Authority (MA) responsible for management and implementation of the programme and

  • a Paying Authority (PA), which manages the ERDF funds and handles payments.
